The grounds were spectacular and well-maintained.
We were disappointed with the lack of customer service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us to our room, which was frustrating at night. Additionally, we were not informed about amenities like the beach club until we stumbled upon it ourselves.

A cozy tropical escape
Strolling through the lush paths lined with vibrant plants felt like stepping into a paradise. The staff’s attention to detail made my stay feel truly special.
However, the check-in process was less than ideal. It was dark when I arrived, and navigating the large property without guidance felt overwhelming and frustrating.

Staying at this place was perfect for our family! The pool area was a hit with the little ones, and we enjoyed some tennis while the babies napped. The property felt safe and welcoming, making it easy to relax together.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Stunning garden and excellent food
I had a fantastic 3-night stay in a spacious apartment nestled among lush trees in Trancoso. The resort features a beautifully maintained garden and an impressive pool area. I loved the variety at breakfast, with freshly baked pastries and healthy options. The restaurant is known for amazing cuisine, truly a highlight of my stay. One area for improvement would be to enhance the dining options during peak hours as the restaurant can get quite busy.
